Getting Started
How do I post an ad?
Click the Post ad button in the navigation bar. Select a category, fill in the details, add photos, choose your location, and publish. You'll need a verified phone number to post your first ad.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse all listings without an account. You only need to sign up to post ads, save favourites, or message sellers.
Is there a fee to post ads?
Posting basic ads is free. Optional promotion upgrades (bump, highlight, featured, spotlight) have associated fees. See the promotions page in your account for current pricing.
Account & Verification
Why do I need to verify my phone?
Phone verification helps prevent spam and fake accounts. We send a one-time code via SMS to confirm your number. Your number is never shared publicly.
How do I become a Verified Seller?
Verified Sellers have completed an identity verification process. You can request verification when posting an ad. Our team reviews each request before approval. A small fee may apply.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click Forgot password on the sign-in page. We'll send a password reset link to your email. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder.
Buying & Messaging
How do I contact a seller?
Open a listing and click the Message button. You can send an in-app message to the seller. If the seller has made their phone or email visible, those contact details will also appear.
Is my contact info shared with sellers?
Only what you choose to share. You control whether your phone number and email are shown on each ad. In-app messages keep your contact details private until you choose to reveal them.
How do I save a listing?
Click the heart icon on any listing card or detail page. Saved listings appear in your Favourites section when signed in.
Referral Program
How do referrals work?
Seller-to-Seller: Share your referral code with another seller. When they post their first paid ad, both of you earn credits.
Seller-to-Buyer: After completing a service, sellers can generate a credit code for the buyer. The buyer redeems it, and both earn credits.
How do I withdraw my credits?
Credits can be applied toward ad fees at checkout, or withdrawn once you reach the minimum threshold. Withdrawals are processed after review to prevent abuse.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments for ad promotions and verified seller fees through our online payment processor. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Ad promotion fees are non-refundable once the promotion is active. If your ad was removed for policy violations, please contact support to discuss your options.
Reporting & Safety
How do I report a suspicious ad?
Open the listing and click Report. Select a reason and our moderation team reviews all reports.
What should I do if I feel unsafe?
If you encounter illegal activity or feel threatened, contact local authorities. Then report the listing to us so we can investigate.
