By accessing or using LeadList, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Posting Rules.
2. Description of Service
LeadList is an online classifieds marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Users may post, browse, and respond to listings. The Service includes ad posting, messaging, saved searches, referral credits, and promotion features.
3. Eligibility
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to use the Service. Automated or bot accounts are prohibited.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for your account credentials and must provide accurate information during registration. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. User Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for all content you post. Prohibited content includes illegal or fraudulent material, hate speech, content exploiting minors, offers of sexual services for consideration, and copyright infringement. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Ad Posting & Fees
Basic ad posting may be free. Promotion upgrades incur fees disclosed at checkout in Canadian dollars (CAD). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Referral & Credit Program
Referral credits are non-transferable and subject to review. We reserve the right to void credits obtained through fraudulent or abusive behavior.
8. Verified Seller Program
The Verified Seller badge indicates completion of identity verification. The badge is not an endorsement of any user or listing.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
LeadList uses third-party service providers to operate the platform. Your use of the Service is subject to their terms as applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
LeadList is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service and are not a party to any transaction between users.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian laws.
